The Main Idea of The Book
The main idea of the book defining asymmetric and symmetric rotations. These are terms are use to describe different movements between players. I define a rotation as coherent movement between three or more players.
Defining The Two Terms:
Asymmetric Rotations: These are rotations that change the structure among the players and team. By the end of the rotation the players will occupy new positions giving them a new situation.
Symmetric Rotations: These are rotations where the overall structure stays the same. These rotations keep the same positions, but puts new players in them. These rotations are key for bringing different players and their unique qualities to different roles to create an advantage.
